In order to make progess in your life as quickly as possible, you need to focus continuously on two things:
1. Do what you're afraid to do.
If you're afraid to speak in public, do it. If you're afraid to start blogging, do it. If you're afraid to say what you're thinking, do it.
2. Do what you don't feel like doing.
If you don't feel like exercising, do it. If you don't feel like eating the salad instead of the chicken nuggets, do it. If you don't feel like making up your bed, do it. If you don't feel like praying, do it.
Make these disciplines a part of your life philosophy and you will become a remarkable human being with a remarkable life.
