I'm doing something fun for you guys. I'm going to gear my blog posts to covering whatever you guys want to learn more about. Here's a little picture I created showing the different things I do to simplify my life. I am ready to write an IN DEPTH blog post on whatever topic that YOU are interested in learning more about.

100 Day Challenge: Day 21


Breakfast

A cucumber chopped up and sprinkled with rice vinegar

I made STUFFED EGGPLANT ROLLS!

Didn't eat alot today, but I find that the more nutritious I eat, the less hungry I am. And I bought local, fresh eggplants, cucumbers, okra, and tomatoes at the market on Tuesday, so my meals have been extra healthy lately.

Plus I just planted a DRAGON FRUIT plant so that I can get more of this yumminess:
